In order to gather clients to the stores, restaurants, hotels and care and health centers in the EPFL area, an all household magazine – The “Gazette du Quartier Nord” – was distributed in the neighbouring districts. It contained these shop’s managers interviews, as well as special offers to gather interest of the public.
Some events were organized, with games and animations. The stores then had the opportunity to make direct contacts with bystanders. The Gazette was freely distributed on the site in those tipical local newspaper magazines holder, making the area feel like a district it was worth hanging out at and spending time.
